Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SattMou LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide except Syria, Iran, Cuba, Eritrea, North Korea.

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times for international orders are typically [7-21] business days but can vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damages
